Tuition fees:- Rs 36,000/- per year, it can be paid in installments also.

All fees including semester fees has to be paid within the month of June( For academic period July to December) and November ( For Academic period December to June). For every academic session.

Admission fees: Rs 10,000/- (ONE TIME PAYABLE) (Non- refundable)

SCHOLARSHIPS

At Sureswar Dutta Law College, we believe that financial constraints should not hinder a student’s pursuit of education. To support deserving students, various government scholarships are available under the college’s fees structure. These scholarships aim to assist students from economically weaker sections, minority communities, and underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring that they can continue their education without financial burden.

Below are the key scholarships available for eligible students:

 

  1. Swami Vivekananda Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship

This scholarship is provided by the Government of West Bengal to support meritorious students from financially weaker families. It is available for undergraduate and postgraduate students who have secured at least 60% marks in their previous qualifying examination. The scholarship amount varies based on the level of education and course of study.

 

  1. Aikyashree Scholarship

Aikyashree is a fully-funded scholarship scheme for students belonging to minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi) in West Bengal. It covers both pre-matric and post-matric students, providing financial aid to ensure they can continue their education without economic hardship.

 

  1. OASIS Scholarship

Offered by the Backward Classes Welfare Department, West Bengal, this scholarship is designed to support SC, ST, and OBC students. It provides financial assistance at various educational levels, helping students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to complete their studies successfully.

 

  1. Kanyashree Prakalpa (Kanyashree K2)

Kanyashree Prakalpa is a government initiative aimed at empowering girl students in West Bengal. The K2 component of this scheme provides financial assistance to unmarried girls aged 18 and above who are enrolled in higher education. This initiative encourages female students to continue their education and delay early marriage.
